I usually go to the semis on the Saturday and buy tickets well in advance at £150 each in blocks 106/107 or 115/116. I agree with some other comments on here that the price of the food/drink inside the arena is bordering on ridiculous. The tennis at the 02 is definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of the sport at least once in your lifetime. I will be trying to book up for the Last Tournament in London next year, a shame it is moving as the next hosts will have a lot to live up to. Also after the Tennis was complete we headed off with the crowd to the Tube Station where we took the jubilee line to Green Park where we changed to another line, very slick and easy. However dont let that dampen your spirits the Tennis was excellent and hosted very well. Outside the arena but under the Tent the O2 has loads of restaurant chains if you are looking for a bite to eat and i would suggest doing this because once you are through the bag searches at the Arena entrance you cannot go back out and there is very little choice apart from beer, wine & hotdogs from various vendors. Once at the pier it is a short walk to the O2 Arena.

We also planned a different route to get there we took a river taxi from Westminster pier to North Greenwich which lets you see London from a different view on your way. When someone hits an ace the screens come alive, there is also music and fireworks.

If you have been to other tournaments they will be a bit more subdued than these finals at the O2. We had planned this as part of our visit to London and glad we did.
